We turn your policies and procedures into modules in the same format as the library: short sections, read-aloud, critical points checked every attempt.
Your people review every module and comment on it before anything reaches staff. Nothing goes live until your reviewers approve it.
Every organisation's procedures are different, so we quote per project once we have seen what you have.

Who counts as a user?
Anyone with an account on your organisation: frontline staff, managers and administrators. People you remove stop counting from the next billing period.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. We will confirm whether GST applies on your quote and invoice.
Do we have to buy content to use the platform?
No. The training library is included. Written-for-you content is optional, for organisations that want their own procedures turned into modules.
Is the certificate an accredited qualification?
No. Flow Learning issues a certificate of completion, generated from the record of what each person completed and when. Anyone can check it is genuine.
